It is here reproduced in facsimile under the supervision of John S Farmer in 1909. Quarter bound Avocado cloth spine over grey cloth boards. Black lettering to the front board. A Near Fine copy clean, bright, unfaded and tight. No inscriptions or annotations in the text. Fresh text block, tight binding. Some dulling to the board extremities. A very nice, very bright
